I work in a 911 - Triple Zero call centre and have a Poly HW510V telecoil compatible headset - mono version

 

I have recently purchased Phonak Lumity Audeo L90-RT rechargeable hearing aids and the telecoil function is not working.

 

Phonak support cant find the tleecloi strength for the headset and are blaming the headset for non working telecoil function.

 

Aynone know the strength of the telecoil in the following headset
