My Plantronics c3225t headset the left side of my headset sounds less than the right

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and check if the issue still persists?
• Lower the listen volume on your softphone until the distortion disappears. 

• Adjust volume on headset. 

• Ensure that your 3.5 mm connector is fully connected to the headset controller.
