my Hp DV 2500 is not working again after it has been repaired last year of april...same problem has been occured after a year.... and iam not using it for about a month because that i havent have a money for a repair i am a student like you,,,i hope hp will have kind of consideration about us consumer pls.. help us

we buy your product beacuse we know you have a name in this kind of  industry but if that belief will be shattere..i dont know now? but pls... help us we are so many affected by this total malfunction of products...hope you take action about this
