I am traveling for several weeks with a laptop. I have Officejet 5600 and Photosmart C6100 installed, along with other printers. I have no HPs here in Paris where I am right now. All of a sudden a few days ago, WordPerfect X3 started crashing 30 seconds or so after starting up, with an error message listing hpzpm312.dll. The only way I can use WP is by deleting or moving hpzpm312.dll. Then WP is fine. This might mean the hpzpm312.dll file is corrupt. If so, is there any way to get a copy of this file? I really don't want to uninstall my HP printers. Nor is it practical for me to download a gigabyte of software to reinstall both printers, even if it could be done without the printers being connected. Thanks for any help.
