I have just received an add to re up my warranty on my Ink Jet 6310 printer which I love until it broke down.  Apparently it still under warranty until 8/24/2010 but I can not find a business the will fix my Pinter thourgh bussiness you have suggested to fix it. I have taken the printer to an independent dealer and was told that carriage box was broken and it cost me more to fix my printer than buying a new one. Can give me an accredited HP shop than can fix my printer?
