Hello there Can someone pls help a complete techno novice? My HP dv6 - 2010sa is only three weeks old. Suddenly I am getting a check disc message after every starting windows page - it counts down from 10 successfully and starts up but why do I now get this message and is there any way of resolving this issue? I can run a system restore because Windows says it has detected file system corruption on the C drive and arranges for a system check on next start up. So it's become a catch 22. i am running windows 7 (pre installed) s/n CNF9363HTT p/n VNO13EA#ABU If i have to perform a system restore do I lose my Miocrosoft office licence? (I have it running on two otehr machines) or can I resinatll on the same computer afterwards? many thanks in advance.
