Reply   Photosmart C4200 All-in-One Options      BatGirl Visitor Posts: 1 Registered: 11-03-2009 Message 1 of 1 Viewed 87 times Won't scan.  Says USB not connected and it is.  Never needed to scan before.  Everything else works.  What should I do?  There's not much on the message boards about this particular printer.  I've downloaded something called "Driver Genius."  It didn't seem to help.  Is my wireless router causing the problem?  My printer is hooked up to my pc at the moment.
