Please help. Every time we try to run a couple of programs or run as the Administrator on Internet Explorer on my son's PC, the program/explorer will not run and we get the following error message: "The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry". We have rebooted, ran ad-aware, AVG Anti-Virus, MS One.live.com scans. Tried to boot in safe mode, or boot mode or start up mode - nothing. My next move is to throw it out the window. HP Desktop a6077c Running Windows Vista Service Pack 2 with 2 G Ram, Intel Core 2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00 GHz, 32-bit Op system with 500 Gig hard drive Any ideas? Thanks John
