HP Slate 7 Voice Tab

Hi

Have purchased the HP Slate 7 Voice Tab on 1st July 2014, its worked godd for some time and after 10 month Battery Problem started.

Some time got chared and some time not, if charged fully then within 10 min of use again discharged.

 

We kept that tab as it is after using some more time, can say after 1 and half year and was not in use.

 

Last Sept 2016 we againe use the tab and it was working fine for some time and again the same problem. and usually we again put it back to almira in Jan 2017 and again this month 1 st Mar 2017 we checked that the Batery of tab is just like Ballon and front screen is out from the frame.

 

After that we are trying finding batery but no luck.

 

Please help me.

Hello @RatneshNamdeo

 

It helps to post the full product number when looking for parts.

If the battery had problems within 10 months, you should have contact HP Support for a Warranty issue immediately.

 

Unfortunately, the Slate7 VoiceTab did not come with a removable battery. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04268573

So HP does not sell spare batteries for it and does not have a part number to reference for purchasing a third party battery. Im sorry.
