Many of our Community members are enjoying fun summer vacations and activities, but we still saw many problems solved in the HP Support Community in July.
Also, get excited, we have a couple of Expert Days coming up! Next Wednesday, August 15th, we will have an Apple/MacOS Expert Day to answer questions about the new Mountain Lion MacOS release. Click here for details. We also have a full-fledged Computing and Printing Expert Day scheduled for September 20th. You can learn more here.
I'd now like to introduce you to two members who have gone above and beyond to help other Community members during July.
Our first showcased member this month is Danjen. He's quite amazing! He's only been a member of the HP Support Forum for a month, and in July, he posted nearly 1,000 times, authored 31 solutions, and received 239 kudos. These are some of the highest, if not THE highest, stats I've ever seen for a newbie. Here is a quote from a grateful member: "Thanks, I've updated the bios, my computer fan is spinning really fast now!" Welcome to the Forum, Danjen. It's fantastic to have you here!
Next, we'd like to recognize Paul_Tikkanen. Paul has just had his two year anniversary on the forum. In July he made 1311 posts, wrote 135 accepted solutions, and received 223 kudos, and in total, he's racked up over 14,000 posts, 1,350 accepted solutions, and 2,500 kudos. One member said, "Thank you so much. This worked perfectly, and your directions couldn't have made it any easier. I am extremely grateful. Thank you again!" AMAZING job, Paul. We truly value the numerous contributions that you have made to our Community. Happy two year anniversary to you!
Join me in applauding these two exceptional members... I think this might be the best monthly update EVER. Kudos to both of you - you Make it Matter.
