May might be full of spring flowers, but printing and computing questions are also in full bloom as well. Luckily here in the HP Consumer Community, we have many knowledgeable Experts on hand to answer your tough questions!
Every month, we showcase two exceptional members who stood out during the previous month, one veteran Expert and one "newbie" who has recently registered.
The first featured member for May is someone who joined the forum late in May, warriorfullight. He came to the HP Support Forum to get his own desktop PC problem solved, but he has helped other members along the way.
He has already posted more than 20 times, and he's already beginning to earn kudos. Well done, warriorfullight. We're happy that you found our community, and we hope we continue to see you around!
Next, we'd like to highlight a longtime Expert member of the community, and our newest Provost member (the highest earned rank on the forum). Many of you may have already seen erico around. He has been a member since early 2009, and he is AMAZING.
In May, erico was ranked #3 in posts, #3 in solutions, and #1 in kudos, and his all-time metrics are phenomenal... in all, he has posted more than 13,000 times and has written nearly one thousand solutions.
As you can imagine, erico is no stranger to accolades. One member recently said, "THAAANKKK YOUUUU !
" You rock, erico! Thank you for everything you do.
Congratulations and many kudos to both of you. And to anyone who helped someone on the boards this month, thank you. This Community is top-notch because of YOU.
Congratulations erico!
