October was a fantastic month on the HP Consumer Support Forum! More than 6 million people came to the HP Forums for help, with many questions answered and problems solved.
Every month, in the Best of the Month, we showcase two members who made a difference in the forum during the month. These two members really did their part to help other members, and they are one of the reasons the forum performed so well during October.
The first person highlighted in this month's "Best Of" is rjf-socal. In true peer-to-peer support community spirit, he came to the forum for help with his own problem, and after resolving his issue, he stuck around and continued to help others with similar questions. He ended up authoring 3 solutions, and received 7 kudos, which is terrific for a brand new member. Several folks even came back to say thanks - here is one quote: "Many thanks for your help. :-)" Great job, rjf-socal, and thank you. It's a pleasure to have you here, and hopefully we'll continue to "see you around."
The next person featured this month is banhien. He made some exceptional contributions October. He posted more than 1300 times (#1 in the community), and he received almost 300 kudos. Here is a terrific quote from a satisfied member: "Thank you so much it did the trick and loved that it took me step by step!!!" Way to go, banhien! Many thanks for everything you do here.
Please join me in applauding these two exceptional members, and be sure to throw a few kudos their way too!
Don't forget about November's Windows 8 Expert Day, coming on November 28th. If want to learn about Windows 8, this will be the perfect time to ask the Experts. The forum will be filled with HP Experts and Microsoft employees ready to tackle your most challenging questions. See you there!
