In the Post of the Week, Robertha came to the forums for help with her printer.  After trying to cancel a very large print job, her unit had taken on a life of its own. 

 

The print job wasn't cancelled, and every time she'd try to print something new, the large document would start printing again.  In her words, "please help me, very desperate!"  Many of us have felt this same annoyance when our printers seem to take on a life of their own.

Thankfully pcwizard was able to offer a very clear and simple solution.  Check out the post to see his screenshot and instructions.  Thank you for your help with this, pcwizard!

 

Next it's time to recognize the standout members for the week.  In first place for the 2nd week in a row is banhien!  This week he posted 252 times... a great number!  In 2nd and 3rd place we've got forum vets DavidPK and Paul_Tikkanen with 182 and 177 posts respectively.  Great work, gentlemen!  We appreciate everything you do for the Community.  You really do make a difference here.
