This week DC6469 came to the HP Support Forum looking for help with printing from his iPad to his HP Laserjet printer.  The iPad was connected to the network, but the printer was not visible, and firmware was needed, but he wasn't sure where to get it.

Printing expert, ShlomiL, answered the question, providing concise instructions, and clear explanations.  He provided a link to the necessary firmware as well as to a document that explains the ins and outs of AirPrint in general.  DC6469 was able to get his problem solved in less than 4 hours from the time of his first post, and he was happy: "Todah rabah" ("Thank you very much" in Hebrew).  Keep up the great work, ShlomiL!

 

Now my favorite part of the week... it's time to reveal the Top 20 Posters!  This week the top 3 are the same as last week, with all making more than 200 posts, however they've shuffled around a bit.  We have a new leader with 275 posts!  Congratulations, Paul_Tikkanen.  In 2nd and 3rd are banhien and DavidPK with 238 and 237 posts respectively. Excellent showing, you three!
