The original poster was planning to downgrade her daughter's computer to Windows XP, however she decided to visit the HP Forums before diving into the project. I'm off to go make my own set of Recovery Discs! Keep in mind that Recovery Discs do not include your stored files (documents, photos, music, etc.), so be sure to keep a backup of them as well, just in case you ever need them.
