Zack1 was having issues connecting his notebook computer to his television, so DavidPK initiated a conversation with Zack1, asking him to answtop20_2011-01-28.jpger a simple list of questions. Using the responses Zack1 provided, he was able to diagnose the issue and offer a solution that included driver downloads and even a helpful screenshot to reference.

 

After performing the steps, Zack1 said, "IT WORKS!! thanks!"  Excellent work, DavidPK!
