top20_2011-04-15.jpgIn the post of the week, erico walks rohitagl through the many steps necessary to get rid of the pesky viruses.  In typical erico fashion, he uses images, links to external software, and clear instructions to help rohitagl solve his issue. 

 

Rohitagl makes it easier for erico to help by providing screenshots and lots of details about his setup and the actions that he has performed.  Rohitagl was eventually able to fix his computer by using a combination of virus scanners.  Great work, both of you!

 

Even more kudos are due for erico.  In addition to having the above thread featured this week, he was also #1 on the list of Top Posters with 224 posts!  DavidPK and Mumbodog are in his wake with 126 and 111 posts respectively.  Congratulations, you three, and congratulations to everyone else on the Top 20 list as well.
