Post of the Week...
New member pandamadme came to the HP Consumer Support Forum in search of help. She was unable to connect to the internet, and after trying a few things she was, in her words, "sick of this computer."
Within a few minutes, DavidPK was on the case. First he had her try running the notebook in Safe Mode. Then he had her entering commands as an administrator. Then he had her check the wireless card driver. Nothing was working yet. Then he had her check some things and download a driver. Still nothing. On and on the conversation went. DavidPK posted a grand total of 13 messages in this thread, and success was finally reached on the 11th post.
On to the Top 20 Posters this week... DavidPK, you really are the man of the week aren't you? With 240 posts, you've managed to snag top honors for the... let me check... SEVENTH week in a row. WOW!
