Post of the Week...
This week we showcase a post where member rijury came to the HP Support Forums looking for help installing Windows 7 drivers for his printer. It was a brief question, and resident printing expert Bob_Headrick gave a brief answer which got the problem fixed. Good work, Bob!
For any driver issue, the first step, as recommended by Bob is to download the full featured drivers directly from HP. To find drivers for your model, you can go to this page, click on "Drivers & Software," then input your model number. There you will find a variety of drivers that are available for your product.
Next up, it's time to congratulate the top posters of the week! DavidPK hasn't earned the coveted #1 spot in awhile, but this week he's back with a vengeance - he posted an incredible 336 times. That is simply awesome, DavidPK! In second, we've kamat_hp with over 200 posts, and Paul_Tikkanen in 3rd with 185. This week we had EIGHT members who made more than 100 posts. Great job, everyone!
