In this week's featured post, forum member, Icehouse, came to the Community looking for help with his PC that had crashed. He suspected the he'd need a BIOS update, and he did his part by providing a wealth of information about his setup.
One of our top HP Ambassadors, RasterBlaster took the case, and walked Icehouse through the necessary steps to fix this issue. Ultimately a BIOS update was necessary, which Icehouse installed successfully. It was a long exchange, but quickly solved. Great work, RasterBlaster!
The best part of this conversation was the end. Icehouse's questions were answered, and he was satisfied, "Thank you for all your help, and thanks today for the HP Total Care Event here !!!!!!!."
