How do you fix Error Oxb93aa9a9 on a 7400 All In One?

My OFFICEJET 100 mobile printer can not print pictures from my Panasonic digital camera TZ 20.On TZ 5 was working good.Printer was in service two months and they made nothing.

I was contacting HP Croatia and after one month they dont vont to discuss with me about this(maybee small)problem.

Please help me!!!!!!

Sir I can not get my printer HJP B110 to speak to me in English only displays Japanese,I had to pay to get a trchnician to come to it and he got it right after some mannipulation, I think he might have got home befoire I was Japan again.

I notice I am not the only one with the same concers
