My Officejet 6000 will not duplex print in Office Home & Student 2010." My OS is Win7 64bit.
It works in all other programs on my PC? Does anyone have a solution? This appears to be a common problem.

We have a HP Photosmart 3210xi All-in-One and my husband just spent over an hour on the phone with tech support, but they were unable to help. Our problem is this---this printer works great (even though it's a bit old by now), but lately photos we print on there are coming out discolored and "hazy" looking. We always use HP Premium Plus Photo Paper (except when we tried the low-end paper provided in the ink cartridge value packs---those photos turned out hazy looking too). The Premium Plus paper worked great for years, but now, in the middle of a project, we had to change over to a brand new pack of paper, and that's when the trouble started. He bought packs from three different sources (Office Depot, Staples, WalMart), and they are even made in different countries, but each pack produced the same, ugly pictures. We think Hewlett Packard has changed the quality of their Premium Plus photo paper. Yesterday, we found an old pack of 8x10 photo paper, ran it through the printer, and got a great quality photo printed.
Tech support suggested we buy a new printer, but we don't think there's anything wrong with our printer. Anybody out there having a similar problem?

Does HP have a live chat line? I have been trying to get my question answered for four months before I toss this Officejet 100 Mobile printer into the trash bin. Every page comes out in 2 or 4 point type size and is unreadable without a magnifing glass.
