Product: HP9480m

Since my company switched from VPN to APN, some of our laptops having issues with APN settings (xxxx.xxxx.VZWENTP) keep changing to previous setting (VZINTERNET).

 

I did some research about this issue, but not much luck. Is there any trick or user guide out there to prevent APN going back to default please?

 

FYI current air cards and devices we are using :

Sierra MC8355 for  HP 9470m laptops,

HP lt4211 LTE/EV for HP 9480m laptops, and

HP lt4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE Drivers for HP 840 g3 laptops.

 

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
