Hi,

Just managed to solve this problem. It seems that all problems are with drivers.

All you need is to:

1. Login to safe mode:

a. Windows + R

b. msconfig

c. Boot -> Safe mode -> minimal -> OK -> Restart

2. Uninstal drivers

a. Right click on My Computer

b. Devices

c. Uninstal Graphic and Network drivers - it can be one of them

Try to uninstal all possible drivers

d. Restart PC

3. Return from safe mode

a. Windows + R

b. msconfig

c. Boot -> unclick Safe mode -> OK -> Restart

Enjoy - hope this will help you all.

How can I log in with safe mode, when my laptop crashed right after the windows logo ? Where in bios is an option to turn off internal graphic card, this might help ?

Hello,

I am having the same problem.

I have managed to get in to safe mode but have no 'My Computer' to click on and if I did my mousepad does not work.

Are there any other ways I can uninstall the drivers??

Thanks

Try USB mouse.

You have  2 min before crush - it should be enough to change setting to safe mode.

I managed to do it.

Have the same problem with new Lenovo laptop. Hope I can get into setup during boot to get into safe mode. Computer was running fine before upgrade. It's been maddening, 3 hours of constant restarts with me trying everything possible. It boits to desktop for a minute or two before restarting. Thanks for this fix, hope it works.

I have same problem. The solution is eject my battery and everything works like a charm 😄

And I'm still waiting for Windows 10's driver update for my ProBook 450 G1 from HP...
