Hi to everybody! I have a problem with HP RGS 6.0.2. in Windows.

My problem is that i want to change the default port which is used by the software.

First of all i've made the port change into the sender (Windows XP Professional 32bit) by editing the config file rgsenderconfig: i've uncommented the line Rgsender.Network.Port=42999 to use that port instead of the default 42966.

Then i went to the receiver (Windows 7 Professional 64bit) and i've made the same change: i've opened the config file rgreceiverconfig and i've uncommented line Rgreceiver.Network.Port=42999 to use that instead of the default.

Then i've tried to establish the connection but RGS said that is unable to connect to the sender. I try also to connect to another sender which is using the default port and i'm able to connect to it.

So, as i can understand, the sender is able to read the new port 42999 but the receiver desn't. It continues to use the default port even if i change it. Is it possibile? Do you know a solution for this problem?

thank you very much
