does the HP Z240 and Z230 have the Same Power Suplly?

Yes it is the same power supply specs, please find the specifications as given below,

 

Power Supply - HP Z240 Tower Workstation

400 watts wide-ranging, active Power Factor Correction, 92% Efficient

320W Standard Efficiency wide-ranging, active PFC Power Supply option available in some countries.

 

Power Supply - HP Z240 SFF Workstation

240W 92% Efficiency wide-ranging, active Power Factor Correction (PFC)

200W 85% Efficiency wide-ranging, active PFC Power Supply option available in some countries.

 

Power Supply - HP Z230 SFF Workstation
240W 92% Efficiency wide-ranging, active Power Factor Correction (PFC)

 

Power Supply - HP Z230 Tower Workstation
