HP t610
Linux

I just installed a brand new copy of HPDM 4.7 with Service Pack 6, single gateway, single repository all on the same Windows server.  I connected a t610 thin client running ThinPro 5.2 (T6X52011 - Build 11) and tried to reimage and it fails with an error stating "The HPDM Agent doesn't support ThinPro5.2+ imaging."  I then tried to update the Agent from HPDM using the default "_Update Agent" template and I get an error message stating "Failed to execute chmod 755 /tmp/replace."

I can send other commands usign the built-in templates (_Capture Image, _Reboot Device, _Configure Agent) to the t610 so it appears that everything else is working.  It just won't let me reimage or update the agent.

I've read through the HPDM manuals, including the Imaging guide, and as far as I can tell I have configured everything correctly.  Is there something obvious I missed?

Thanks!

Can you please send Update Agent task again and post the Agent.log with the full error message?

Re-ran the task and captured the output in the task log.  Not sure where to find the Agent.log you referenced.

I was talking about the log files on the Thin Client side:

1. Send Configure Agent Task to set the LOG LEVEL to DEBUG

2. Send Update Agent Task which will be failed

3. Get both Agent.log and Child.log from the Thin Client> /etc/hpdmagent

Are you send log files to Chen_HPDM?
