Missing PCI Serial Port & other Driver in HP Z620

Hi,

I have HP Z620 Workstation & I am using Windows 7 Professional x64 Bit edition. I have installed the chipset, Controller, Audio, Graphics & Network driver from the HP Support website.

In Device Manager still 3 devices are missing drivers. 

PCI Serial Port

PCI Simple Communications Controller

SAS Controller

Can somebody please help me to find the correct drivers for these devices?

First two are from Intel AMT (Management Engine), and the last one is because you have a SAS controller installed. It should most probably be the 9217; but can be a 9212 as well. Do you know the configuration of your system?

For the first two, if you are not using Intel AMT, you can disable the same from BIOS : Got to BIOS by pressing F10 when the system powers up, and go to "Advanced" --> "AMT Configuration" and disable the same.

If you don't know which SAS controller you are using, please post a pic of the card, where the label on the card is visible. If you know the SAS controller model, you can install the driver from "Driver - Storage" section of this page:

You have to install the drivers from Intel for C602 chipset: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23257/Intel-RSTe-AHCI-SCU-Software-RAID-driver-for-Windows...
