Product: HP Z620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Z620 workstation (product LJ450AV) that has been mounted in a rack, so there is no top cover plate.

Where can I get this part  ?  I can see some holes at the top indicating that there should be a cabinet plate to attach there, but i have not been able to find this as a spare part..
