Is this video card compatible...........ASUS GeForce 210 DirectX 10.1 EN210 SILENT/DI/1GD3/V2(LP) 1GB 64-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Low Profile Ready Video Card ?.........
with HP Z 400 with the origional 475watt power supply and pci expressX16 slot #2 on the motherboard?

This document will help you with all the information that is required for any Component upgrade on this unit.

@546palmer, welcome to the forum.
Here are the Specifications for the computer and a guide on installing a PCI Express graphics card. From what I can see, it appears that the graphics card should definitely work with the power supply unit (PSU). However, you should read the guide to assure that the card will install into the case.
