The USB 3.0 port on my computer does not communicate with my HP Prime calculator (the 2.0 port does). The HP Prime support page says this issue is fixed in the version 1.2 of the firmware. However, I have not been able to determine what version of the firmware that I do have. Where do I fine the firmware version?

 

FYI - the latest software was updated on 27 May 2015. It shows  as 20150427 (7820) the calculator Help page in the calculator
