HP Prime

I just received my HP Prime and need some major help with the operation and setup. Is there a number to call for assistance with this device? I've been through the manual twice and attempted to create an expression with multiple variables and evidently I just don't get it.

Please type the expression you are trying to "make" and how you are doing it.

Note that the most important thing here is this:

1. In the home screen, variables need to be created FIRST and will always contain a number.

2. If this is a symbolic calculation, press the CAS button and do it there. Variables do not need to be created before hand.

Although I work for the HP calculator group as a head developer of the HP Prime, the views and opinions I post here are my own.
