Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open CyberLink Youcam all I see is a blank square, where the image should be. the camera usually works for an half an hour and then stops working. I don't see any notifications about the camera not being  connected etc...
The only thing I see is the blank square. As I'm writing this, in the square i'm seeing This message that Im writing. Please help ASAP because I really need this camera on a daily basis.
