after doing some maintenance my device manager displayed.

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

 I was working last time I did maintenance

 

I tried different driver scans and the results are no new drivers needed.

I also searched within the compter with same results.

I have the same PC & details as Novis-12 originally posted on 10-19-2016 except my Win 10 is 64-bit.

 

I think it happened when I was uninstalling Arcsoft software for an old TV usb tuner that I never use anymore, and I answered "Yes to all" when it asked about removing some dlls.

 

I have tried running the links others suggested but get a Win32 error.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
