Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had to reset my computer to original windows settings and it didn't install the oem software for Power Director 12...where do I find this because it isn't showing up on my computer here on the site??

When you reset the windows files to original, or in my case an upgrade to Windows 10 from 8.1, the computers multimedia files are under a different OS such as 8.1 instead of Windows 10.  I had to search my system as if it still had 8.1 to find my multimedia files.  For some, this may be the reason why it doesn't show up as preinstalled software.  Happy hunting!!!
