Within the HP Community Forum, our customer experts are a unique group of people who are the life-blood of our community.  They provide a level of care and assistance here that is nothing short of spectacular.  Our Super Users (Experts) are a group of talented, skilled, passionate, and very compassionate people.  They want to help solve problems for people, and they really do it well.  

 

I will be introducing you on an occasional basis to our expert level customers, starting today with Cheryl.  

 

Cheryl has been with providing input to us on the HP forum since before it went live in November of 2008.   Her input into the early design was critical to what you see today.   While providing help for other HP customers here, she also maintains a life outside of the forums by taking care of her family, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a Tarantula. She runs an animal rescue group and is also heavily involved in the recycling efforts in her community and where she works.  

 

Recently Cheryl was the first person to earn more than 1000 Kudo’s. This means she was thanked by other customers 1000 times for her contribution, experise, skills, and assistance.   In addition, she has authored over 180 accepted solutions.  

 

Look to this space in the future for introductions of our other expert users. 

 

**The best way to get support in the fastest manner is to post a message to the public forums. Sending a private message to an HP employee, to Cheryl, or any of our users is not the best way to get assistance.**
