It’s an age-old adage. The customer is always right. Well, HP has been listening to the needs not only shared in this forum, but through all interactions with our customers, and it’s showing in a big way! According to recent surveys released by Rescuecom and Vocalabs, HP’s customer satisfaction ratings have been steadily climbing.
Vocalabs’ annual computer technical phone support survey, released just last week, found that HP now leads in IVR satisfaction, the percentage of customers who were “Very Satisfied” with the automated portion of their support call. And just a week before that, RESCUECOM, an independent computer repair service, released their annual Computer Reliability Report revealing the top five manufacturers with the best overall computer reliability. According to the report, HP/Compaq remained the most popular buyers’ choice and also took the top spot in reliability. Additionally, the HP/Compaq computer repair reliability score nearly doubled the second place winner’s score.

Having used HP/Compaq products for a number of years now we must agree that HP Customer Support is #1 in all areas.
