We always think it’s awesome to see very creative solutions to answering questions here on the forum and going forward we plan want to applaud those solutions and the minds behind them. Today, I wanted to showcase a case where a video was created to show how to solve a problem.

 

In a thread about HP Photosmart C7280 a customer was having a problem with extra blank pages following receipt of a fax. 

 

Forum member PeteG0429 ingeniously created a YouTube video describing how to solve the problem. The original poster came back to state that this solution was exactly what they needed to solve the problem. The customer experiencing the issue responded that the video was exactly what they needed to solve their problem. 

 

Congratulations and THANKS go to PeteG0429 for going above-and-beyond by taking the time to create a video on how to solve the problem.
