The mobile HP Support Forum requires no app to download. Also, there is no need to enter in a special web address. Just use the standard forum address hp.com/supportforum and your mobile browser (Safari, Andriod, etc) will automatically detect your mobile device and render the forum's mobile optimized web page. The mobile HP Consumer Support Forum is the first worldwide mobile support site released by HP and one of the first to use device detection.

SMS Access
Another method to access the mobile English HP Support Forum in the USA is to text "forum" to 474747using your smartphone. You will receive a reply text with a link to the mobile forum.
