The HP Support Forum on Facebook

You can now use the HP Support Forum on Facebook to ask your support question, reply to other support questions, and search for existing solutions on the forum. It is virtually the same support forum as the one you are on now--we just expanded it to the facebook environment. 

 

To Like the HP Fanpage on Facebook

  1. Go the the HP Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/hp
  2. Sign into your facebook account
  3. Like the HP Fan Page

 

Using the HP Support Forum on Facebook

 

To search for a solution:

  1. Go directly to the HP Support Forum Facebook app using this link hp.com/go/fbforum
  2. Type your search query in the box
  3. Select a search result from the list

To post a question: 

  1. Go the the HP Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/hp
  2. Sign into your facebook account
  3. Like the HP Fan Page
  4. Click on the Support Forum link on the left side of the HP fan page
  5. Select the "Ask a Question" tab
  6. Type in the Subject of your question
  7. Determine if the question was solved already from the suggestion list
  8. If not, hit Continue to go forward with asking your question
  9. Type the details of your question
  10.  Hit submit to post your question. (You will be asked to login/or register into HP Passport if this is your first attempt using this facebook app)

To reply to a question: 

  1. Go the the HP Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/hp
  2. Sign into your facebook account
  3. Like the HP Fan Page
  4. Click on the Support Forum link on the left side of the HP fan page
  5. Select the "Ask a Question" tab
  6. Scroll through the recent posts on the page
  7. Click reply on the post you would like to answer
  8. Type in your response
  9. HIt submit to post your reply (You will be asked to login/or register into HP Passport if this is your first attempt using this facebook app)
