We’re constantly working to improve and innovate in the tech support space and so we’re especially excited to be able to share HP has earned the Excellence in Service Operations certification from TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association) for the third year in a row. The certification awards companies for providing superior tech support and services here in North America and HP was the only PC manufacturer to receive the certification.
“Most notable were enhancements in HP escalation management processes, interactive voice response telephone support and online support forums.”
This is the third year our commercial notebook and PC support has been awarded the certification and the second year for our consumer market, both PCs and printers.

Being able to add this to other recent awards we’ve received like the TSIA Service Excellence STAR Award for Innovative Support and the TSIA STAR Awards Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award, given to companies with 10+ individual STAR Awards, is both encouraging and affirming.
