Get ready for a customer support site designed on extensive customer feedback and user testing. We focused our research and testing on core elements of the site including menu usability, ease of software downloads, visual impact and cues, search results and much more. The first obvious change is that we switched our background from black to white and improved fonts and colors for overall readability. But that’s just the beginning. The look and feel of the site offers specific improvements including easier access to HP contact information; a streamlined software driver download experience; enhanced navigation through product support information; and more. The site “refresh” aims to be more seamless, engaging and productive.
