HP Designjet T1200HD MFP

My hot1200 has all of a sudden after a print job shown the error code 21.13 & after several attempts of starting it up the code 86.01 appeared but has gone again & 21.13 is there all the time can anyone help please?

Hi,

The error means that there is a problem ir obstruction on the Service Station. This is located at the right of the printer.

If you can move the carriage away from the right with the printer off look for any paper jam or obstructions. Clean the encoder strip with a lint free cloth damp with water.

If the error persist you might have to replace the service station

unfortunatly I have got to have a new service station, I'm going to use a local HP supplier in Norfolk for the part & my engineer will fit,

can I please check if this is ok with you the part number I require! 

I have HP Designjet t1200hd MFP model CQ653a
