Have ordered that CQ and now I have green logo hp . How can I get this working or money back ?

How and where did you install the usb drive. Also when you order from hp you get paperwork that spells out return options. Post a picture of the display and where you installed the drive.

Hi,

 

When people reporting this green screen I started some reseach and here are the possible causes:

 

1- USB installed incorrectly

2- Main PCA broken when removing the screw of the USB PCA

3- An actual problem with the Main PCA
