Dear HP Indigo team, me and the printing company in Denmark are encountering flaking and scratching on the indigo prints printed on 350gsm silk paper, could this be due to an ink build over 290% or low heating during printing which does not offset the unusually heavy paper stock? I have a video if you supply a proper email in your response. The printer wants to use laminate or water coating to resolve the issue but I prefer an uncoated edition of my art book, apparently scratches and ink flaking (especially black) is a common issue under certain circumstances as I outlaid, a confirmation or further explanation of the problem would be welcome.
