HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced ALL cartridges even tho it said Yellow depleted and it still won't allow me to print ANYTHING. 

"Depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing"

Tried to update firmware it won't says printer is busy. Yes I'm upset and angry.

What do I do??

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that your HP Officejet 8715 printer shows low on ink. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Reset the printer.
  • Remove the ink cartridges.
  • Clean the ink cartridges.
  • Reseat the printhead up to three times.

Click here and refer the document to perform the above troubleshooting steps.

(Note: Though the title of the printer is different, these steps should fix the issue).

I'm not a student as the profile states. I'm a business owner and previous builder of pc's too. Your solution didn't work. This printer is almost a year old. I haven't the time to do this everytime I change cartridges. Your selling junk and I'm going out to buy a Cannon.
