Anybody know what this is?  It comes up almost immediately when the printer is powered up and there is no getting around it.

Hi,

Try removing the ink cartridges, printhead, paper, replacing the power cable and another power outlet. If you still have the problem, please replace the Main PCA (P/N: CQ890-67097)

PartSurfer: http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=CQ890-67081

N.B: Part No. CQ890-67081 is an older revision.

Thanks,

Replaced the main pca and it's back up and running.

One small note to others--the main pca came with a smaller board in the box with no paperwork or explanation as to what it is or where it goes.  It is the bundle board, and it is listed in the remove/replace section in the manual.
