Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

error code shows firmware failure # 1389

 

whats the easy way to fix this, the printer has been working fine for the past 5 years with NO PROBLEMS

 

please help

Very, very old plotter. Only thing I could find:

 

Plain+ Error+ Normal+ Roll
Firmware failure
Cycle power, reseat all cartridges, clean contacts
