hp designjet 510 display problem

Hi,

my "designjet 510" has a problem to the front panel: it appears blank.

The plotter works fine but i can't see anything from the front panel.

I have already changed the "control panel display"  and the "interconnect board", but the display  remains Blank.

Somtimes , after a reboot, the display works but after turning off and on , the display returns blank.....

What could it be?

It should be  a cable or something similar?

Help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please check the internal connection of Control Panel, if their have any loose connection any connection please try to fix it. Or you may need to replace the control panel (P/N: CH337-60001)

You may change the brightness status through control panel.

Hi, i solved changing The electronics module.
I found It on ebay At 120 $
