hp t520 designjet printer

display screen  is blue and has     B39B3E04  and no other error code    printer will not respond  or turn off      must be unplugged and same message appears

Hi,
A Hard Reset can erase the error
Keep pressing 15 second Power button until show the Support Menu, go to option number 3 "Resets" and select the option 3.3 Hard Reset (The pin number is 3746)
If the issue still continue, the root cause is the Main PCA, replace it

Had to replace main PCA . Done and working fine.
